Christmas Trikes delivered

An absolute pleasure to help Harrison, Vincent, Dylan, Hussain & Ethan who have complex neurological conditions and mostly use equipment for their mobility.

Laura and Kavi from the Physiotherapy Team at Orchards were thrilled when the Red Eagle Foundation kindly agreed to fund trikes just in time for Christmas.

Chairman of the foundation Wayne Hodgson delivered the trikes on the day and met with all the children and families. "It was great to see all their faces light up when the trikes were presented. All the children had a great time testing them out and their families were very happy these all arrived in time for Christmas. As you can see from the pic I was the only adult that seemed to get the Christmas Jumper memo. Was a fun afternoon meeting everyone and am delighted these trikes will positively impact the lives of Harrison, Dylan, Vincent, Hussain and Ethan."

Laura & Kavi also pictured said of the day "Their smiles were lovely, and they were so proud to be pedalling independently/with assistance like their friends and siblings. Trikes are excellent therapeutic aids that promote physical activity. We thank Red Eagle Foundation for continually helping us provide this additional support o the families we work with".
