Alfie has a life limiting condition called Pallister Killian Syndrome.

He is he’s under palliative care, has epilepsy and is registered blind (severely impaired)

This is a tale that melts our hearts here at the Red Eagle Foundation and so we asked the family if there was a break that we could send the family on to create some memories and add a some sparkle to Alfie's current routine.

We were told that Alfie loves Lego and the brightness of the colours would be great for him. So we sent Alfie and his family to Legoland for a short holiday, staying in the magnificent castle and enjoying numerous days at the park.

Alfie's mums said

"For so long we’ve been restricted, never living in the moment, always worrying what can go wrong or how long we will have Alfie. This is the first time in a long time his health is reasonable, so to get away and make some happy memories has been absolutely wonderful"

Good luck with everything Alfie :)

It’s heartwarming to see organizations like Red Eagle Foundation making lasting memories for families facing such tough challenges. Truly inspiring. heartopia map
